Sudler’s costs of administering the program are covered by the vendors, not by the client. No discount or any type of reduction in cost is taken away from the client at any time. Clients have the option of participating in this Program and an option to opt out at any time. At no time is a client forced to use any specific vendor and the firm obtains competitive bids for all goods and services. Competitive bids are received from ClientAdvantage and non-ClientAdvantage vendors. An outside accounting firm audits the program annually.
